About the role
This role involves supporting production lines, monitoring processes, and improving wafer yields for diffusion processes within a global fab operation.
What you'll do
- Support production line, SPC/FDC monitoring, and perform process window study.
- Provide improvement plans to enhance process stability and performance.
- Support Process CIP to improve robustness, cost, and capacity efficiency.
- Develop new process recipes for new/existing technologies.
- Improve process performance indices using big data analytic, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers (AEs).
What you'll need
- MS/BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving and root cause analysis with solution development.
- Strong knowledge in SPC, risk assessment, DOE, and 8D approaches.
- Experience in big data analysis and use of AI/ML.
