About the role

This role involves developing, defining, and executing program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Translate external stakeholder needs, product roadmaps, and organizational strategy into successful programs.
  • Manage and take responsibility for multiple large programs, technologies, or portfolios of varying complexity.
  • Develop, guide, and review program Plan of Record, including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, scope, and prioritization.
  • Own all key program metrics, influencing team priorities to overcome technical and organizational challenges.
  • Implement risk management strategies and review risk mitigation plans for large programs or portfolios.
  • Drive and present program vision across the portfolio and influence executive leadership for stakeholder buy-in.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • 15 years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
  • 4 years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts.
  • 3 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
