About the role
This role involves the complete design, simulation, and validation of automotive power management ICs. The focus will be on power switch design and switching DCDC regulators for automotive applications.
What you'll do
- Work with system architects to define new products.
- Carry out development activities from design to validation.
- Supervise layout and perform verification.
- Prepare test plans and characterize products.
- Support bench evaluation at silicon and application levels.
- Develop behavioral models for analog and mixed-mode circuits.
What you'll need
- MSEE degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analog design.
- Extensive experience in switching DCDC regulators design, including multi-phase buck, boost, and buck-boost converters.
- Deep understanding of different control architectures.
- Understanding of Mix-signal IC design.
- Knowledge of device physics and process technologies applicable to Power IC design.
- Expertise in HSPICE/PSPICE/Spectre simulator.

- Experience in power switch design and production.
