This role involves owning and sustaining CMP processes to meet yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
What you'll do
- Own and sustain CMP processes to meet yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
- Develop and optimize CMP processes for robust manufacturing performance.
- Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and process capability enhancement.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies.
- Execute process qualification, characterization, and DOE activities.
- Monitor and improve key process KPIs (yield, Cpk, defectivity, OEE, throughput).
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with strong expertise in CMP processes.
- Proven experience in process development, optimization, yield improvement, and HVM support.
- Strong track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, JMP/Minitab, and statistical process control.
