About the role
This role supports semiconductor manufacturing by operating and maintaining equipment in controlled cleanroom environments, ensuring adherence to contamination control protocols and quality standards for microelectronic components.
What you'll do
- Generate and interpret reports for engineering and quality teams.
- Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues per protocol.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Mentor Level 1 and 2 Technicians on equipment and process standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and yield optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of related experience (semiconductor preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate appropriately.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and quality teams.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards.
- Proficiency in executing ETRs and certified processes.
