About the role
This role focuses on device security and provisioning during test, and the development of reusable ATE library and automation software for custom silicon powering the Leo network.
What you'll do

- Develop, own, and qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows, addressing challenges such as programming margin, read-back verification, and repeatability.
- Integrate ATE flows with secure provisioning systems, HSMs, or key-management infrastructure.
- Develop and validate JTAG and debug-access flows on post-provisioned units while preserving device security posture.
- Partner with ASIC design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to ensure devices meet standards for secure provisioning, design-for-test, and design-for-manufacturability.
What you'll need
- Experience with device security and provisioning during test.
- Experience with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
- Knowledge of secure key and identity injection, OTP/eFuse programming, and fuse-based lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and building reusable, well-architected library code and tooling.
- Experience with pattern search utilities, automated sub-flow generation, and auto-generation of test programs from patterns.
- Strong software engineering practices (modular design, version control, code review, and testing).
