About the role
This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the Chandler Fab Photo equipment area. Technical scope focuses on maintaining photolithography and metrology toolsets, including ASML scanners, Canon steppers, TEL tracks, and KLA inspection tools.
What you'll do
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Maintain photolithography toolsets, including ASML PAS5500 Scanners, Canon IW Steppers, and TEL ACT8/MARK7 Tracks. - Support metrology equipment including KLA 8100 SEM and KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection systems. - Perform consumable changes and complete required maintenance documentation. - Train team members and interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability standards. - Apply SPC, 5S, and FDC systems while working compressed shifts (days or nights), including standing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions. - Understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Physical ability to work compressed shifts (days or nights), stand for up to 12 hours, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- AA, AS, or AAS in electronics or an industrial engineering related discipline, or equivalent military training. - Experience maintaining KLA equipment. - Experience maintaining photolithography track systems.
