About the role
This role involves serving as the core technical individual contributor in design and validation of the on-chip controller and mixed signal circuitry in NAND Flash chips. The position focuses on architecture development, product definition, system integration, and validation planning and execution for NAND Flash.
What you'll do
- Develop architecture and define product specifications.
- Perform system integration and execute full-chip and block-level validation.
- Contribute to RTL design and implementation of controller hardware.
- Conduct synthesis, APR, and full timing closure.
- Develop firmware code for NAND internal operations.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Verilog language proficiency.
- Digital ASIC design methodology experience.
- Mixed-mode design and validation skills.
- Experience with Design or Verification CAD tools, including NCSim.
- Proficiency with Design Compiler, Formality, or PrimeTime.
- Experience with TCL, PERL, C, C++, or Python.
- Non-volatile memory design (NAND) experience.
