About the role
This role involves the design and analysis of digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. The position focuses on the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
What you'll do
- Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams globally.
- Support Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing teams to optimize manufacturing functions.
- Contribute to new product opportunities through design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist with design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Conduct verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- System Verilog/Verilog/VHDL.
- C/C++ Programming and Debugging.
- TCL/Python/Perl.
- Digital Design.
- VLSI/CMOS.

- Synthesis and Static Time Analysis.
- LEC, DRC and Place & Route.
