Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead the AI-Assisted Design Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of engineers focused on AI and automation technologies for semiconductor design
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Guide engineers through complex technical challenges
- Influence engineering strategy and champion AI-enabled design methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and serve in a technical leadership capacity
- Prioritize work, delegate responsibilities, and align resources to achieve business objectives
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS), or a related field
- 2 to 5+ years of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor design experience
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to influence and guide others through collaboration, coaching, and technical expertise
- Strong understanding of Analog and mixed-signal circuit design
- Strong understanding of Semiconductor device fundamentals
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of Circuit simulation, verification, and characterization
- Strong understanding of Engineering problem-solving and debugging methodologies
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic engineering environment
