About the role
This Research Scientist Intern role involves hands-on development of epitaxy growth, device process, and characterization within the High Performance Analog business group.
What you'll do
- Work on hands-on development of epitaxy growth (MOCVDF and MBE), device process, and characterization.
- Perform hands-on characterization of advanced semiconductor materials.
- Generate and analyze data.
- Document and present results to the team.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in an accredited program seeking a PhD in Material Sciences Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Physics.
- Experience with epitaxy growth techniques such as MOCVD and/or MBE.
- Experience with materials characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, Hall, and C-V.
- Experience working in Cleanroom.
