About the role
This Reliability Lab Co-Op position supports automation and qualification readiness for product, package, and process qualification.
What you'll do
- Define areas for automation and contribute to implementation.
- Perform thermal characterization on products for qualification.
- Develop HTOL conditions with reliability engineering.
- Create HTOL setup spreadsheets with clear instructions for technicians.
- Develop and install configuration files for Mega HTOL systems.
- Provide HTOL technical support for RF HTOL setups.
What you'll need
- Working on BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- Experience with C++ programing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RF amplifiers and RF test.
- Ability to suggest automations to manual processes and document workflows.
- Knowledge of RF bench test.
- Experience with burn-in, temperature cycle, and other environmental testing.
