About the role
This role involves performing technical and production support for R&D and production micro-assembly within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform electronic, microelectronic, mechanical, and electrical assembly and sub-assembly operations for microcircuit products.
- Set up, operate, and make adjustments to test equipment, tools, and production processes.
- Determine and follow approved fabrication, assembly, and test techniques to ensure compliance with Keysight product and quality requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assigned products, processes, and test systems.
- Perform in-process and final inspections of sub-assemblies and finished assemblies.
- Interpret and follow work instructions, manufacturing drawings, schematics, diagrams, and bills of material.
What you'll need
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics, microelectronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in micro-assembly, electronic/mechanical assembly, or test operations.
- Ability to set up, operate, and adjust equipment and troubleshoot products, processes, or test systems.
- Proficient in reading work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing drawings, and performing in-process and final inspections.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
