This position is in the Thin Film area in Santa Rosa, California, supporting the production, quality, and consistency of thin film circuits. You will work within fabrication, test, or separation teams using specialized manufacturing equipment.
What you'll do
- Manufacture, test, or separate thin film circuits while maintaining strict quality standards and consistency. - Handle and process delicate and sensitive materials in substrate and circuit form using steady, deliberate movements. - Operate manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, or cameras for setup and visual verification. - Work independently under the direction of a coordinator while collaborating with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators.
What you'll need
- Ability to work in an ESD environment. - Ability to handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form with skilled hand-eye coordination. - Ability to bring concerns up through a standardized chain of command. - Proficient computer skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
