About the role
This internship supports the validation planning, silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization of new and derivative image sensor products. This role focuses on circuit and process learning, reliability readiness, and manufacturability of image sensor products.
What you'll do
- Support validation planning, silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization of new and derivative image sensor products.
- Validate new circuit IP and sensor functions such as memories, OTPM, pumps, regulators, serial communication interfaces, and DFT test modes.
- Develop and improve validation test methodologies, automation, and data analysis flows.
- Enhance existing validation tools by improving scripts, automation, documentation, and reporting workflows.
- Support failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and cross-functional debug activities.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or doctoral program in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Coursework on analog and digital circuit design.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB, Perl, C, bash).
- Experience with Electrical lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, power meters, signal generators).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CMOS Circuit design and test methodology.
- Understanding of imager sensor architecture and product reliability requirements.
