About the role
This role involves the fabrication, test, and separation of thin film circuits, focusing on quality and consistency. Your work directly impacts the quality and function of thin film circuits.
What you'll do
- Manufacture thin film circuits for internal and external customers.
- Work independently under the direction of a coordinator.
- Handle delicate and sensitive materials in substrate and circuit form.
- Use manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, or cameras for setup/visual verification.
- Maintain quality and consistency of parts in the Thin Film area.
- Work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, and operators to ensure the quality of Thin Film circuits.
What you'll need
- Ability to work in an ESD environment.
- Ability to handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form.
- Skilled hand-eye coordination for proper handling and movement of parts.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
