About the role
As a Quantum Platform Integration Senior Staff Engineer, you will drive process integration activities on Superconducting Josephson Junction based technologies.
What you'll do
- Advise on process module development, process margin improvement, and process control.
- Coordinate activities with process & tool engineers to develop process enhancement for Superconducting device features.
- Lead Structured Problem Solving meetings to resolve technology issues.
- Define and implement process experiments for development and module characterization.
- Analyze and report results of process module experiments to the team.
- Drive qualification milestones for new Superconducting offerings.
What you'll need
- Bachelors & Masters in an Engineering discipline, or PhD in Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience (Bachelors & Masters) or 2-3 years (PhD).
- Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor process/fabrication.
- Demonstrated experience of process module development, process margin improvement, and process control.
- Ability to extract, organize and analyze data (both electrical and physical).
- Working knowledge with statistical analysis tools, DOEs, and SPC.
Nice to have
- Extensive experience with Superconducting Materials and Josephson Junctions.
- PhD in an Engineering discipline.
