Texas Instruments is seeking a process development / integration engineering intern within the Analog Technology Development (ATD) group.
About the role
What you'll do
- Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet objectives.
- Support development and ramp by executing process experiments (SWRs).
- Model and collect / analyze device and process yield data.
- Work with design and system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing to ensure process technologies meet objectives.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor device physics coursework and research experience.
