About the role
As a Project Management Officer in the Program Management Office (PMO), you will optimize business value across project, program, and portfolio management execution for programs developing, maintaining, and improving lithography machines.
What you'll do
- Challenge the triple constraint as a business partner for assigned programs to optimize business value.
- Drive effective decision-making across organizational levels.
- Implement and improve project and program standards and processes, including project planning, financial management, product generation process, reporting, change control, risk management, and quality.
- Lead the annual project and program resource planning process and assist with regular financial management and reporting.
- Connect, enable, and challenge stakeholders across the San Diego site and headquarters in Veldhoven.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project, program, or portfolio management (PMO) expert, or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience implementing change and improvement projects.
- Relevant experience leading a portfolio review and driving resulting plans and actions.
- Legal authorization to access controlled technology under Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
Nice to have
- Project Management certification.
