About the role

This role involves managing multiple programs focused on digital design flows, AI methodology deployment, and operational improvements across Interface IP R&D teams. You will drive programs that shape how semiconductor design gets done, working at the intersection of digital IP development, AI methodology adoption, and EDA tooling.

What you'll do

• Manage execution of multiple programs focused on digital design flows, AI methodology deployment, and operational improvements.
• Partner with technical leaders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables for digital design flows, AI methodology, and EDA tooling.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dashboards, and analytics that track progress, surface risks, and enable data-driven decision making.
• Present program status, risks, and outcomes to executive audiences, translating technical complexity into clear business impact.
• Run team operations including newsletters, internal websites, Jira tracking, and cross-functional coordination mechanisms.
• Work across global teams to identify workflow gaps, drive operational improvements, and enable adoption of digital methodologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong foundation in digital design, verification, or EDA tooling.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, cross-functional programs in semiconductor development environments.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build program plans, and drive execution to completion.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning methodologies and their application to semiconductor design flows.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Unix, and Perforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital front-end flows, Synopsys verification tools, and Fusion Compiler.
• PMP or other relevant program management certifications.
