About the role

The Program Manager – Strategy within the Global Operations, Supply Chain Planning organization leads strategic initiatives that inform executive decision-making and operational planning.

What you'll do

• Lead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions while managing key stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.
• Act as a thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders in shaping long- and short-term strategic priorities.
• Independently own and execute multiple complex workstreams from problem definition through solution development and implementation.
• Partner with business unit and functional leaders to address critical supply and demand challenges, presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadership.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree, with a degree in engineering or operations preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm.
• An MBA is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Strong data-driven problem-solving capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to craft executive-level presentations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and global environments.
