Program Manager, Digital Implementations

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional digital initiatives that support eCommerce growth, customer experience enhancements, and business operations transformation. This role oversees multiple related projects, manages dependencies, and partners across eCommerce, IT, UX, Brand, Operations, and Analytics teams.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple concurrent digital implementation initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities while facilitating cross-functional decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead and support digital initiatives such as feed syndication, eCommerce country and market expansions, checkout enhancements, PIM implementations, and marketplace integrations.
• Coordinate implementation and resource activities across internal shared teams, functional leaders, and external partners.
• Partner with business stakeholders across IT, UX, Operations, and Brand to define goals, track success metrics, and deliver executive communications.
• Support business case development, monitor team capacity, and identify operational process efficiencies.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of project management, program management, or digital implementation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Product owner experience.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and operations (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ERP).
• Experience with feed syndication tools (e.g., Feedonomics, 1WorldSync).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with country or market expansion initiatives, conversion optimization, or product content management.
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
