About the role
The Program Manager leads New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and drives cross-functional teams to achieve key development, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and production milestones. The role serves as the primary interface between customers and internal operations, coordinating activities across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
What you'll do
- Manage and drive internal resources to document and complete customer checkpoints including OK2EPI, OK2FAB, OK2TEST, and OK2SENDMP. - Serve as the primary operations interface working with customer Operations Managers to deliver on time to third-party OEMs. - Coordinate internal resources to address production issues, including tool failures, extended tool downtime, and IQC issues with material inputs. - Coordinate supply chain operations to ensure on-time shipments with end customers. - Prepare weekly reports and host cross-functional customer meetings to review program status and resolve open issues. - Manage one-off requests associated with green initiatives, cost initiatives, audits, and facility issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent 4-year college degree). - Minimum 10+ years of professional experience. - Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain. - Experience with Fab Operations and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes. - Experience using Oracle, Agile PLM, and MS Project. - Ability to travel domestically (10%) and internationally (10%).
Nice to have
- Experience with semiconductor device development (e.g., ICs, lasers, detectors). - Previous experience as an Engineer in R&D or Operations. - PMP certification.
