About the role
This role involves leading strategic initiatives for the India Packaging team, focusing on cost reduction and carbon footprint reduction within the Package Zero charter. You will develop and implement packaging recommendations using analytical thinking to ensure zero defects and maintain governance mechanisms across the supply chain.
What you'll do
- Manage and prioritize Package Zero programs that impact multiple organizations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for packaging configurations.
- Build and maintain strong governance mechanisms, track metrics, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the USI charter for Package Zero integration, monitoring, correcting, and governing.
- Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and leadership to drive investments and strategic decisions.
What you'll need
