About the role
This role is responsible for full stream Program Management of new Coherent Transceiver designs, from initial product concept through delivery to volume manufacturing factory.
What you'll do
- Manage full stream Program Management of new Coherent Transceiver designs.
- Oversee programs from initial product concept through delivery to volume manufacturing factory.
- Manage the project plan with focused time based milestone deliveries.
- Manage both the product cost and the program development cost.
- Work with design, product line management, factory NPI, and engineering teams.
What you'll need
- BS/MS or equivalent degree.
- Microsoft Project experience.
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Ability to develop visual dashboards to support management visibility of the programs.
- Knowledge of business intelligence to enhance project dashboards.
