About the role
As a Production Technician on the manufacturing team in San Jose, you will help produce precision optical components used in advanced communications technology. Working onsite in a cleanroom, you will carry out hands-on production, assembly, and testing activities using established procedures.
What you'll do
- Carry out hands-on production, assembly, and testing activities following established procedures.
- Ensure manufactured optical components meet quality standards and production schedules.
- Work with chemicals in accordance with training, work instructions, and strict safety requirements.
- Collaborate with team members onsite in a cleanroom setting across compressed shift schedules.
What you'll need
- Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
- Spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
- Basic MS Word and Excel skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in a cleanroom environment wearing a full bunny suit and PPE.
- Physical ability to stand during shift, lift 20-30 lbs, and demonstrate solid hand/eye coordination with 20/20 vision (corrected or natural).

- One year or more of experience working in a cleanroom environment.
