About the role
This role involves providing production support within the manufacturing sector to ensure product quality and short lead-times by continuously improving existing products and processes. The position entails working with other Production Engineers and Technicians to support the production of the DUV Reticle Stage.
What you'll do
- Check BOM structure and evaluate components with D&E.
- Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.
- Introduce new products into production in a Concurrent Engineering environment.
- Create and design production tooling & qualification test.
- Generate technical work instructions and Test plans.
- Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems.
- Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.
- Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Mechatronics or BS in Software or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years in an Engineering environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with precision mechanics.
- Working knowledge of Unigraphics, SAP, Unix.
