About the role
This role involves driving sustainable business growth for automotive MOSFETs across assigned customers and distribution channels in Greater China.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute regional MOSFET marketing plans for applications, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Strengthen existing business through customer engagement, competitive product positioning, and coordination with regional teams.
- Identify new applications, customers, and ecosystem opportunities, then assess their commercial potential.
- Translate MOSFET application requirements, competitor benchmarks, and technology trends into regional product positioning and input for new product proposals.
- Build relationships with customers and distributors, aligning activities to expand market coverage and drive design-wins, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead MOSFET promotion and customer/distributor training, explaining product differentiation, application fit, and new technologies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in automotive semiconductors or power electronics, with substantive experience in automotive low-voltage MOSFET products and applications.
- Experience in product marketing, regional marketing, business development, technical sales, or distributor product management.
- Track record of developing MOSFET customer opportunities and contributing to measurable business results, with understanding of automotive customer decision-making and distribution channels.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive low-voltage MOSFET portfolios, technology generations, and package options.
- Practical experience in one or more MOSFET-based automotive applications, such as motor drives, DC/DC conversion, battery switching, e-fuse, or power distribution.
- Ability to interpret key MOSFET parameters and application trade-offs, including voltage rating, RDS(on), gate charge, switching losses, safe operating area, robustness, and thermal performance.
- Ability to evaluate competing MOSFET offerings across performance, packaging, reliability, and cost, translating differences into product positioning and customer recommendations.
- Familiarity with automotive qualification requirements and customer evaluation processes.
- Fluent Mandarin and excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel within Greater China and internationally.
