About the role

This technical staff position leads and executes complex technology and engineering projects, directing the research and development of new technologies. You will lead the full product sPDP and define customer technical requirements through analysis of product and marketing roadmaps.

What you'll do

- Lead the full product sPDP and establish product roadmaps aligned with marketing roadmaps and future customer needs. - Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from the product division to the customer application support team. - Define customer technical requirements, lead customer technical review meetings, and participate as a key member in red teams. - Lead complex problem-solving solutions, define new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications, and generate patents. - Guide engineers in utilizing techniques to define methods and new technologies on complex systems, validating technical strategies.

What you'll need

- Technical expertise in detection flow across 2-3 fields, including a broad view of customer needs and roadmaps. - In-depth expertise in product management and technology development disciplines with broad cross-functional knowledge. - Proven track record of significant technology contributions and development of innovative solutions. - Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact through conceptual thinking and strategy development. - Experience directing product roadmaps through in-depth understanding of customer roadmaps and product limitations.
