About the role

This role is responsible for new product development from the NPI stage to production for high-speed IC products. You will release new IC-based products to production while maintaining and improving yields and profitability of existing products.

What you'll do

- Develop characterization plans and write code to collect characterization data. - Analyze data across process parameters, present findings to the team, and establish datasheet specifications and test limits. - Collaborate with design and test engineers to create production test plans verifying performance and guaranteeing datasheet limits. - Support lab testing for new designs, initial engineering samples, and failure analysis alongside the reliability team. - Monitor and investigate yield issues arising across any stage of the manufacturing and testing process. - Perform qualification work based on design criteria and support new product qualification.

What you'll need

- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related coursework. - Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor-based product engineering/development, RF testing, or characterization. - Work experience or knowledge in mixed signal to release products into high-volume production. - Programming skills with C++ and/or C#. - Hands-on experience with lab equipment including Function Generators, VNA/PNA, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers. - Hardware debugging skills and knowledge of basic statistics.
