About the role
This role involves providing global product technical support for HV power switch components used in applications like UPS, Solar, ESS, and Data centers.
What you'll do
- Own global product technical support for HV power switch components.
- Support technical design-in activities with FAE and sales account teams.
- Define and execute technical design-in collaterals including datasheets, application notes, and evaluation boards.
- Define, plan, and execute measurement campaigns in the HV lab.
- Build relationships with customers and influence key stakeholders.
- Run product trainings for FAE and Sales teams.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power semiconductors, or comparable field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience within the semiconductor power electronic market.
- Good working knowledge of high voltage (>600V) power semiconductor switches, including wide bandgap switches and packages.
- Experienced in running measurements in HV lab.
- Track record to design in successfully products at key customer accounts.
- Experienced in using simulation tools such as PLECS, Spice.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
