About the role
This role involves supporting process engineering activities including validation, qualification, and monitoring of engineering lots related to Sphere Attach and Pre-Treatment processes.
What you'll do
- Validate SA Reflow profiles and perform Pre-Treatment Cleanliness checks.
- Run and monitor engineering lots for Pre-Treatment and Sphere Attach processes.
- Conduct engineering studies for SA Reflow and Pre-Treatment profiles.
- Track out/move lots using the ICOS System.
- Analyze abnormal conditions and defects using X-sec, X-ray, CSAM, EDX, and PATS.
- Perform critical dimension measurement/testing for new support tools and buyoff for new pallets/peripherals.
- Calculate machine UPH.
What you'll need
- Experience with Reflow profile validation.
- Knowledge of Pre-Treatment Cleanliness checks.
- Experience running Sphere Attach processes.
- Ability to run and monitor engineering lots.
- Proficiency in analyzing data from X-sec, X-ray, CSAM, EDX, and PATS.
- Skills in critical dimension measurement.
- Ability to calculate machine UPH.
