About the role
Support process integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI technologies. This role contributes to improvements in device performance, technology yield, Cp/Cpk of inline and electrical parameters, defectivity, and new technology development.
What you'll do
- Use data systems and structured problem-solving methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Collaborate with device, process module, and characterization teams to support development work for new technology features.
- Identify issues through data analysis and support continuous improvement plans and technical solutions.
- Assist with new project introduction and characterization, including prioritizing work based on business needs and coordinating tasks.
What you'll need
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least a sophomore at time of application.
- Overall 3.0 GPA.
- English language fluency (written & verbal).
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
Nice to have
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Coursework or research experience in semiconductor processing, device physics, process integration, or electrical characterization.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, Design of Experiments, or FMEA.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience.
- Project management skills.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
