This role involves the improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes and the development of new process modules.
What you'll do
- Improve and sustain all manufacturing processes
- Develop new process modules
- Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D groups
- Analyze E-test and product yield data to improve manufacturing processes
- Perform circuit-level failure analysis
What you'll need
- MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion
Nice to have
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools
