Process Integration Engineer

About the role
Responsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes, development of new process modules, and leading or coordinating large engineering projects. The role collaborates across Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams to deliver analog integrated circuit process platforms.
What you'll do
- Improve and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes across factory operations.
- Develop new process modules and lead or coordinate large cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D groups on inter-departmental initiatives.
- Perform circuit-level failure analysis on product issues.
- Analyze E-test and product yield data to deliver feedback for continuous manufacturing process improvements.
What you'll need
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in semiconductor process integration or a related field.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in at least one of the following: Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion.
- Proven experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex technical concepts and analytical findings to cross-functional teams.
