What you'll do
- Lead practical applications of scientific theory in product line development and technical management.
- Oversee research, development, and implementation for new products and existing product line enhancements.
- Interact with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues for the unit's product line.
- Direct the alpha engineering program concerning process technology issues for the product line.
- Manage alpha and beta product releases for the business unit's product line.
- Participate in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with business plans.
