About the role
This role involves driving the efficiency, quality, and reliability of Trim and Form (TnF) processes, including equipment qualifications, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead the qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems.
- Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and engineering standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related customer complaints.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives focused on productivity and quality enhancement.
- Provide technical expertise and support for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement activities.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends, drive decision-making, and sustain process improvements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in TnF equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and other data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plan development, and SPC methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising technical personnel.
