About the role
This role involves performing process engineering research, development, and evaluation in a semiconductor environment, focusing on developing new and advanced process formulations and defining equipment hardware for wet clean products.
What you'll do
- Perform professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in semiconductor environment.
- Review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
- Conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches.
- Work with customers and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, and requirements.
- Act as customer technology manager in planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Drive introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites, including new tool qualification.
What you'll need
- MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics; or equivalent experience preferably in wet clean/advanced packaging.
- Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques.
- In-depth understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- In-depth understanding and experience in Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Excellent social skills with ability to work within diverse teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English.
