About the role

As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.

What you'll do

- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile results for complex process engineering experiments across multiple process modules, establishing baselines and monitoring performance. - Characterize hardware–process interactions across complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex process issues and support product development. - Support development and validation of process improvements through structured methodologies including statistical analysis and DOE, leading process matching activities. - Engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues with limited supervision. - Generate internal and external documentation, technical reports, and process engineering specifications. - Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation while partnering with vendors and suppliers.

What you'll need

- Master’s degree in a related field. - 3-5 years of related experience. - Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
