About the role
The Process Development Technician 3 is responsible for operating and monitoring semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment on a compressed work week schedule.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment across assigned process areas including lithography, etch, deposition, and CMP. - Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues to maintenance or engineering teams. - Perform inspections and measurements using metrology tools to ensure product quality. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), detailed work instructions, and process control plans. - Record production data, equipment status, and process deviations in manufacturing systems. - Participate in equipment startup, shutdown, and changeover activities while maintaining cleanroom protocol compliance.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience. - Experience with cleanroom operations and cleanroom gowning protocols. - Experience operating semiconductor manufacturing equipment. - Experience conducting routine inspections and basic equipment troubleshooting. - Ability to work a compressed work week shift (Shift FB A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:15pm).
