About the role
This is a multi-skilled, hands-on role responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing through equipment maintenance, process execution, and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
- Operate production tools safely and efficiently within a cleanroom environment
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process, equipment, and operations
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and operators across shifts
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of technical manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-hours per day in a cleanroom environment while wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves
- Basic computer literacy, including the use of email, web-based systems, and common office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office applications)
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Able to speak and write fluently in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Semiconductor Probers and Testers
- Vocational High School, Technical training, or technical trade certificate
- Proficient in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools
- Knowledge of and ability to follow 5S and LEAN
