About the role
This role drives design-wins and revenue growth for the HPAC product portfolio across Enterprise and Networking OEM accounts in the U.S. You will establish Renesas as a power management partner for AI, data center, and networking applications.
What you'll do
- Engage with U.S. Enterprise and Networking OEM customers to understand requirements and identify design-win opportunities.
- Build relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders and provide technical and commercial guidance.
- Collaborate with Sales, FAE, and Product Management teams to align resources and coordinate business development activities.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and design windows, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, including presentations, competitive analysis, and technical application notes.
- Support design-win identification and pursuit, track pipeline progress, and report status to management.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or 10+ years of professional experience in business development, field applications engineering, or product marketing with OEM/ODM customers.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting design-wins and driving revenue in enterprise or infrastructure markets.
- Experience engaging with U.S. Enterprise and/or Networking OEM customers in data center, server, networking, or computing markets.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical power management concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel 10–20% to support customer engagement and internal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MSEE, MBA) or equivalent technical depth.
- Hands-on understanding of power management applications, including digital multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages, or Voltage Regulator Modules (VRMs).
- Experience in data center, server, or AI infrastructure markets.
- Familiarity with design-in cycles, customer evaluation processes, and OEM sourcing workflows.
