About the role
This role leads the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, driving accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery across engineering, operations, quality, and sales. The focus covers AI-oriented power delivery products including digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages, Power Towers, and power MOSFETs.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned customer programs, aligning internal development timelines with customer expectations and mitigating risks. - Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning to evaluate customer forecasts and ensure volume ramp readiness. - Manage engineering sample commitments by tracking requested ship dates, lead times, and build status through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews. - Act as the single point of program coordination across Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Applications/FAEs, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales. - Establish execution dashboards and KPIs to deliver transparent status updates on schedule, quality, supply, and risks.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors. - Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution. - Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create structured execution dashboards.
