About the role

As a Product Engineer at MACOM, you will be responsible for releasing a portfolio of microwave semiconductor products from MHz to 50GHz+ into mass production.

What you'll do

- Generate production test plans to verify product performance and generate product datasheets. - Design and analyze RF and microwave test boards for automated test equipment. - Set up and perform lab RF measurements and conduct measurement systems analysis (gauge R&R). - Analyze data using statistical methodology to set test limits and datasheet specifications. - Perform yield analysis and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to review findings. - Ensure hardware, documentation, BOMs, and costing are established for production release.

What you'll need

- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - More than 7 years of experience as a Product or Test Engineer in the semiconductor field. - Knowledge of RF/microwave and optical semiconductor products including amplifiers, attenuators, and RF modules. - Demonstrated RF/microwave and optical test and measurement skills. - Hands-on experience in the characterization of semiconductor devices.

Nice to have

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
