This Principal Mask Design Engineer will lead mask layout design for peripheral circuits and work with global teams to enable successful tape-outs.
What you'll do
- Lead mask layout design for peripheral circuits
- Work with global teams to enable successful tape-outs
- Maintain layout quality and schedule across projects
- Enhance team capabilities and improve layout design quality
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in IC layout
- Deep layout expertise including STD/Block layout, SA-RD layout, signal/power planning, Floor Planning, and full chip integration
- Strong verification skillset
- Experience with Virtuoso layout editor
- Experience with Calibre DRC
- Experience with Synopsys LVS
Nice to have
- English skills
- Knowledge of Layout automation
- Experienced management or leading
