About the role
You will apply your knowledge to deliver high-quality layout designs across analog and/or mixed-signal domains.
What you'll do
- Design layouts for critical analog and mixed-signal blocks.
- Integrate full chip designs and perform layout verification (LVS, DRC), quality checks, and documentation.
- Collaborate across domains, including signal integrity, architecture, design, and advanced packaging.
What you'll need
- Hands-on layout experience with critical analog blocks and full designs.
- Experience with Cadence VLE/VXL.
- Experience with Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS.
- Solid understanding of layout impacts: speed, capacitance, power, and area.
- Strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals: matching, electro migration, latch‑up, coupling, crosstalk, IR‑drop, and parasitic effects.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated layout ability for DRAM designs.
- 8+ years of experience in analog and/or mixed-signal layout designs.
Skills: analog mixed-signal layout, custom digital blocks, DRAM blocks, Cadence VLE/VXL, Calibre DRC/LVS
