About the role
This role involves leading and supporting IT Manufacturing Systems projects, designing, developing, and supporting manufacturing and business intelligence systems. The position drives cross-functional IT teams to achieve expectations and manages stakeholder expectations within the business.
What you'll do
- Lead and support IT Manufacturing Systems projects across MES, Factory Automation, Industrial Engineering / Business Intelligence, Advance Process Control, and site support portfolios.
- Analyze business processes to quantify "To-Be-State" and translate into actionable deliverables for integration solutions.
- Partner with Manufacturing Systems team members and subject matter experts to ensure requirements meet client expectations.
- Maintain awareness of technology trends and identify opportunities to incorporate new tools and software.
- Act as an ambassador for IT, ensuring effective communication and building relationships across departments.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 12+ years of demonstrated experience in project management, leadership roles, or planning/industrial engineering roles.
- Working proficiency using Smartsheet, Wrike, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Teams.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Working proficiency with relational database design, SQL query construction, stored procedures (MSSQL, Oracle, Databricks, MySQL).
