About the role
This role is for a Product Integration Principal Engineer within a Fab Integration engineering team, focused on advanced technology development and manufacturing implementation in a 300mm wafer fab. The role involves working with integration teams for customer engagement and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems.
- Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
- Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and yield concerns.
- Develop and improve test structures for fast and rigorous characterization of processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) to achieve organizational goals.
What you'll need
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
- 4 Years Semiconductor/Fab related experience in advance technology (20nm node or below).
- Experience in transferring, implementing, ramping, and sustaining process technologies in a high-volume foundry manufacturing setting.
- Focus on customer specific product/technology targeting and customization.
- Experience with process simplification and optimization for yield improvement and cost reduction.
