What you'll do

  • Define and execute quality control strategies, metrics, DFMEA, SPC, and risk management activities for power management products.
  • Lead structured root cause investigations using the 8D process, DOEs, and statistical analysis techniques to resolve non-conformances through Failure Analysis and CAPA.
  • Manage customer quality interactions, including critical-to-quality reports, customer audits, escalations, field returns, and regular quality reviews.
  • Partner with external suppliers, global foundries, and OSATs on qualifications, audits, corrective actions, and compliance with ISO 9001, JEDEC, and IPC standards.
  • Drive manufacturing quality through defect reduction, yield enhancement, process capability improvement, DPPM reduction, and engineering change controls (ECOs, PCNs).
  • Analyze manufacturing and test data using DOEs and process capability analysis to develop quality dashboards for leadership and customers.

What you'll need
