About the role
This role focuses on advancing power module development through the integration of automated design synthesis based on Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation, with a focus on SiC and GaN applications.
What you'll do
- Advance power module development through automated design synthesis.
- Combine expertise in power electronics, packaging technologies, thermal management, reliability, and simulation-driven development.
- Apply optimization and synthesis methods including AI.
What you'll need
- Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with modeling & simulation on power modules.
- Expertise in Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical) of Power Modules.
- Expertise in Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins.
- Experience with Machine learning & Agentic AI.
- Experience with Ansys tools or similar.
- Strong English communication capability.
